FAQ
How does ordering work?
Half Three is a small-batch home bakery, and every box is baked to order. There's no stockpile, no sitting around on a shelf and no guessing how many to make. When you place an order, that batch is made fresh for you.
Each batch of dough is mixed and shaped by hand, then rested in the fridge for 48 hours before baking. It's a three-day process and that slow rest is what gives our cookies their depth of flavour and chewy texture - it's not a step we're willing to skip.
You can place an order at any time. Orders placed by Sunday 12pm are baked fresh and dispatched on Thursday for Friday delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, or delivered on Thursday if you're eligible for local delivery.
Missed the cutoff? Orders placed after Sunday 12pm will be baked and delivered the following week. If a product is showing as sold out, check back on Sunday after 12pm as we restock weekly.
What if a product is showing as sold out?
We bake fresh to order each week using freshly-made dough, so quantities are limited. If a product is showing as sold out, check back on Sunday after 12pm - we restock weekly.
