Half Three was born from a lifelong obsession with baking and when the opportunity came to do it full time, I took it. I’ve never met a sweet treat that I didn’t like and I’m constantly thinking about what I can bake, eat and feed people next.

Growing up, 3:30 was always ‘teatime’ - the part of the day everyone looked forward to. That hasn’t changed and whether it’s popping over to someone’s or having family and friends round, it always involves tea and something homemade on the table. Half Three is built around that moment.

Everything is baked to order in small batches using premium ingredients - Belgian couverture chocolate, quality flour and real butter - because you can taste the difference.
