Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Half Three, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Half Three is a small batch cookie business operated by Nicole Amswych as a sole trader.

2. Our Products
All cookies are handmade in small batches in a home kitchen registered with the local authority. The kitchen is not a controlled allergen-free environment — full allergen information for each product is listed on the product page and order label.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read this information carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing an order.
Product photography may not be an exact representation of the finished item. Cookies are handmade and will vary slightly in appearance.
3. Ordering
You can place an order at any time. Orders placed by Sunday 12pm are baked fresh and dispatched that Thursday. Orders placed after Sunday 12pm are included in the following week's bake.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. This is confirmation that your order has been received, not that it has been accepted. A second email will be sent when your order is dispatched.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of ordering but may be subject to change.
Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout and vary depending on order size and delivery method.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards.
5. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are dispatched every Thursday. Delivery is typically the next working day, though this is not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
We currently deliver within the UK only.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Perishable Goods
Our cookies are freshly baked perishable goods with a limited shelf life. Best before information is included on your order label.
Cookies should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed by the best before date. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on perishable goods unless they are faulty or not as described — please see our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Cancellations
As our cookies are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been placed and payment taken. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@halfthree.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
8. Faulty or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@halfthree.co.uk with a description and photograph of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photography, and branding, is owned by Half Three and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Half Three's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Orders placed before any change are governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
