Deep, bittersweet Belgian couverture dark chocolate against warm, nutty brown butter and vanilla. The salt cuts through just enough to keep you reaching for the next bite. Bold, rich and dangerously moreish.

Salted Milk Chocolate

Smooth Belgian couverture milk chocolate chunks melted through a caramelised brown butter vanilla dough, with flakes of Maldon sea salt to cut through the sweetness. Sweet, buttery and gone before you know it.

White Chocolate & Raspberry

Creamy Belgian couverture white chocolate and sharp freeze-dried raspberry mixed through our lighter signature brown butter and vanilla cookie dough. Sweet and tangy with a bite of fruit that lingers.

Espresso Toffee

Rich, intense espresso within Half Three's signature brown butter cookie dough, balanced with shards of sweet homemade toffee. Dark and bittersweet.

Earl Grey & Orange

Our lighter signature brown butter cookie dough infused with Earl Grey tea, lifted with a touch of fresh orange zest and topped with a golden demerara sugar crunch. Fragrant, a little citrusy and the perfect companion to a cup of tea.

Butterscotch Pecan - Limited Edition

Toasted pecans and milk chocolate folded through Half Three's signature brown butter cookie dough, hiding a gooey salted butterscotch centre. Warm, indulgent and perfectly autumnal.

Storage

Your cookies are best enjoyed within 4 days of delivery, with each cookie labelled with a best before date. Store in a cool, dry place in the clear bags the cookies arrived in.

Ordering and Delivery

We bake fresh to order every week. Orders placed by Sunday 12pm are dispatched on Thursday.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: delivery aim Friday. £4.95 for 1-2 boxes, £8.85 for 3+ boxes.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: guaranteed delivery on Friday by 1pm with signature. £15.45 for 1 box, £21.95 for 2–6 boxes. We'd recommend this if your cookies are for a specific occasion.

Local delivery (selected WD postcodes): delivered Thursday. £2.

Orders of more than 6 boxes may arrive as separate parcels.

Missed the cutoff? Orders placed after Sunday 12pm will be baked and delivered the following week.

If a product is showing as sold out, check back on Sunday after 12pm as we restock weekly.
