Storage

Your cookies are best enjoyed within 4 days of delivery, with each cookie labelled with a best before date.  Store in a cool, dry place in the clear bags the cookies arrived in.

Ordering and Delivery

We bake fresh to order every week. Orders placed by Sunday 12pm are dispatched on Thursday.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: delivery aim Friday. £4.95.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: guaranteed delivery on Friday by 1pm with signature. £15.45 for 1 box, £21.95 for 2–6 boxes. We'd recommend this if your cookies are for a specific occasion.

Local delivery (selected WD postcodes): delivered Thursday. £2.

Orders of more than 6 boxes may arrive as separate parcels.

Missed the cutoff? Orders placed after Sunday 12pm will be baked and delivered the following week.

If a product is showing as sold out, check back on Sunday after 12pm as we restock weekly.
